Theory of Change
New Media – Today's media refuses to focus on the high impact innovations people are developing to solve the world's problems, dismissing them as hype or simply not newsworthy. We are developing the new role of media, focusing on not just the problems of society, but also the solutions.
Future Leaders – Our focus is on university students, who represent the future leaders in business, government, and nonprofits. By inspiring the students of today with new ideas and new perspectives, we are truly preparing the leaders of tomorrow with the knowledge to make better decisions.
Innovation and Entrepreneurship - Martin Fisher developed an irrigation pump that generates $35 million for low income subsistence farmers. Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank, started the microfinance revolution that has served anywhere from 30 to 50 million of the world's poorest people. By exposing students to the work of these innovators and entrepreneurs, we will accelerate the pace of which new ideas and new ventures will address the world's problems.
